PROPERTY SEARCH

A fee is paid at the start of the search to retain our services for a period of six months. This fee is deducted from the final property search fee.

The final property search fee is payable on legal completion of the transaction and is calculated as a percentage of the purchase price.

RENTAL

A fee is paid at the start of the search to retain our services. This fee is deductable from the final rental search fee and is payable upon signing of the tenancy agreement. The rental fee is equivalent to one months rent.

MANAGED SALE

A fee is paid at the start of the sale to retain our services. This fee is deductable from the final managed sale fee.

Managed sale fees are payable on legal completion of the transaction and is calculated as a percentage of the sale price.

PROPERTY MANAGMENT

An annual fee is charged for the management of the property. Any work or maintenance that is required to be undertaken will be charged once an agreed price has been met.
